Flower House | Interior Remodel

Location: 32 Bank Street | Princeton, New Jersey USA

As part of an internship with Marina Rubina Architect the summer of 2015, Flower House was an interior remodel of a 2.5 story historically-designated 2500 SQFT home.  All spaces received a face lift, but the kitchen, stair hall and attic were re-imaged completely, giving the 1890’s Victorian residence the convenience of modern living. While being tasked with heading the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Client-Contractor relations for the project, work also included the development of existing condition drawings, demolition plans, multiple design iterations, and creation of presentation graphics for client meetings.
